My crush already has a girlfriend!

Dear Advice Girl,

I think I’m in love with this boy named Andrew from my school. I wish I could get closer to him and get him to notice me.

I found out recently that he has a girlfriend. This really made me sad. And I also found out that my friend likes him too. What should I do?

Gosh, do you really need me to spell it out for you? This situation has GET OVER HIM written all over it. Remember:

Do not go after a guy who has a girlfriend.
Do not go after a guy your friend likes, too (unless you really think he’s worth losing her over, and by the way, he’s not).

Don’t worry. It won’t be hard to get over him if you try. The closer you are with someone, the harder it is to move on – and since it sounds like you barely know this guy, it’ll be a snap.

sorry but i think thats stupid, you shoudnt 4get all about a boy just coz he'z got a girlfrend. u shoud w8 untill they break up then make ur move and as 4 not liking just coz ur m8 likes him, dont listen uv got every rite 2 like him as much as she dus sorry i dont wanna sound mean 2 advise girl or anythin but itz just my opinion

I also have the same problem. But the thing is he nows i like him. he flirts with me in the hall, at lunch. and he allways looks at me with his smile.

so i have a similar problem. i sugest you keep him as a friend for now. and when he doesnt have a gf(which for me seems like forever!!//for my guy.) you should sorta start makin a mnove.

same situation here~~ ~~i was so sad..that my friend was planning to get him first..~~ ~~but he already got a gf...~~ ~~that really makes me sad, but thx to god, i finally become his online friend..~~(that's enough foe me...^V^...)

i think if he really loves this girl and they have no problems leave them be but if there not happy i would go for it
